    The Josper Grill

    The Morrison Grill is the first restaurant in Dublin to feature succulent meat and fish dishes prepared on the Josper grill. This grill can reach temperatures of up to 500 degrees Celcius and locks in all the flavour and taste of the meat dishes, producing a taste experience like nothing else in Dublin.

    No Detail Too Small

    At this city centre eatery, chef John O’Leary’s menu espouses Irish produce prepared using care and attention to detail. The beef is aged for 28 days before dry curing allowing it to naturally tenderise and mature, while the restaurant’s take on traditional Scotch egg features more-ish smoked haddock and curry mayo – an unforgettable pairing.

    Wine Accompaniments

    Your two choices are worth €46 each, and include Chablis Simonnet-Febvre, a popular white wine very similar to Chardonnay and boasting a zesty fruit palate; or Louis Latour Pinot Noir which offers an intense ruby colour, red fruit notes, blueberry and coffee aromas with an elegant and enjoyable finish.
