      Good Afternoon,

We would like to sincerely apologise for any delays or issues you have experienced with your order.

We understand that these delays can be very stressful, especially at this time of year and have been doing everything possible to speed up this process.

We also understand that some of you have received your orders but others haven’t. Unfortunately the supplier that provided these products had guaranteed to us that orders would be received before Christmas Day and have not delivered on their promise. This is extremely dissapointing as we always aim to satisfy our customers.

As you are all valued customers, and to provide additional support during this time, we have set up a number of Customer Support phone lines and an email address below to deal with any queries you may have. The below numbers will be active from Thursday 27th of December to take your calls.

      Customer Support Hotlines

      0035315314111
      0035319697104
      0035361513426

      00353212438510

      Customer Support Email

      irelandcustomerservice@stock2retail.co.uk

Again, we would like to sincerely apologise for the hassle and anxiety that these delays have most likely brought to some of you and your families and we are doing everything in our power to rectify the situation.

      Sincerely,

      Bite a Bargain.

        Hi Jessi

In relation to your mail above I received only half my order. I received a FAKE ferrari watch, 4 simpson watches that didn’t work and some other crap. Can you please let me know when the branded products arrive. The above states NONO and Revlon etc…. The crap I received in the post is an absolute disgrace! Please kindly advise when the REAL parcel will be sent or refund will be sent.

        Thanks and kind regards

      Jessi

Having seen your response above I was compelled to contact you to remind you that your deal stated the following ” Contents value – Max €315 Min €185″.

I too have been a victim of this deal.

While I appreciate that you may have sent out all the products outlined in your deal, the products which I received is nowhere even the minimum value of €185.

I do not think that your response above fully addresses why the products received do not come close to the minimum value of €185.

      Sean,

please understand that I am not employee of “Bite a bargain” or “Stock 2 retail”. I just want to share all information with you guys. This is a scam and I am trying to get my money back as well. Unfortunately customer support hotlines are disconnected and no one answer to my email. “Bite a bargain” also do not provide phone number and do not answer to my email. I see that they just ignore me.

I too bought one of the Secret Santa Boxes. It was a total waste of money. Half the stuff did not work or was very old technology.
Where ever I can, I blog to let people know this company is a rip off! Not only did I throw away half the stuff, I can’t even get a refund!
I will never buy from them again.

    6. Got a Load of useless crap aswell no branded electronics but i did get a flying alarm clock wtf

    7. i bought off bite a bargain, so in my eyes, they are taking the rap for this.
total garbage, a clear attempt to make an easy buck. I will be spreading the word of this degenerate, dishonest company.
Im not actually sure what one of the things is, its looks like a carpenters belt!!? The best thing in it was a press and chop(a crappy kitchen appliance)!!

I too got the absolute rubbish that was sent in the Santa Mystery Gift Box. Have seen better on the rubbish tip. What a complete rip off. Tried contacting them by phone and email but never get a reply. Have raised a complaint with Paypal to see if I can get a refund (but I dont think that’s going to happen). Complete and utter SCAM…..

Hi Orla, how did you get on with the paypal refund? This whole thing is a disgrace, I recommended this deal to my mother and she bought a box im mortified.

My Mum went and ordered one of these for me, such a sweet and lovely gesture, only to be mortified by the STATE of what arrived in the post.

A torn, Royal mail bag was handed in the door, the contents were in broken boxes, there was no “Gift Box” as advertised. There included items without packaging, no instructions or anything. We had to google a “snore stop” watch that was loose in the bag to find out how it worked, if it worked.
The packaging where it was actually visible was faded and worn. I am absolutely disgusted that anyone would send out that as a gift box for someone… the products did not add up to the minimum value either. Completely misleading advertisement and the offer is a total SCAM.
We will be chasing this and we will be boycotting all offers on this site and similar.

I have same story. No gift box as advertised. I got food chopper (press chop), paint buddy (touch-up tool), led lamp and a small pillow. Total waste of money. I can buy such stuff is 2 euro shop (my total Secret Santa value is 8 euro). James Donnelly from info@biteabargain.ie never answered to my email. I am very disappointed and will report this scam to Gardai.

Today is my happy day. I got a full refund (39 euro) from “Bite a Bargain”. Please read email from info@biteabargain.ie below:

      “Good Afternoon,

In regards to the Secret Santa Mystery Boxes advertised on our website prior to Christmas, the company that was contracted to supply, package and deliver these products to you has severely let us down. They breached their commitments in relation to the quality of the products and the delivery timeframe. We deeply regret that this has resulted in you not receiving the products you ordered within the period advertised on our website.

As such, we have refunded you the Bite a Bargain site credit that was used to make the purchase.

Again, we would like to sincerely apologise for the issues you have experienced in relation to this deal and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to restore your faith in us in the future.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again at any stage and we will respond to your enquiries as soon as possible.

      Sincerely,
      The Bite a Bargain Team”
