Urban Fit Crew’s Boxfit classes are a combination of sweat, fun, energy and enthusiasm! They run dedicated ladies only, men only and mixed classes. They will work you like a boxer, training with gloves and mitts, but without the danger of contact.
Breakdown of each class:
Each class lasts an hour – Warm up and stretch – Skipping rope drills – Technique and demonstration of boxing style – Training in gloves and pads with a partner – Core work with the ‘Ab attack’ which works your core, lower back and abs – Gentle warm down.
Class Timetable:
- Tuesday – Ladies Boxfit, Westmanstown Garda Club @ 7pm and 8pm
- Tuesday – Mixed Boxfit, Westmanstown Garda Club @ 9pm
