I tried this out last Saturday evening with a group of us. It was extremley disappointing to say the very least. But for the fact we were in a group, I would have got up, asked for a refund and left. It was atrocious. The prawn toast for example, is the tiniest little round cracker like out of a packet and the prawn mixture was straight out of a can. Do not expect a restaurant. Its a diner and a shabbily kitted out one at that. The description was not accurate. An whilst I should have known better myself, it quite a rough area. I had to walk past two rivaling groups to get to it, in order not to be late. People all around me were not moving at all. Just as I passed a runner was hurled across the street over my head. I then had to run to the diner. When I said it inside no one seemed the least surprised. Give it a miss.

We did not receive any menus for the wine or food. My starter of scallops was overdone and had to send it back. The waiter tried to tell me that they were prawns, when in fact they were not. He was not professionally dressed for a restaurant atmosphere-wearing a Dublin cap.

I ordered a main course of steak and asked for it to be cooked medium. It came out raw, not rare, RAW! I could not eat it.

There was no atmosphere at all and the service was not great either. It seemed like a day time cafe turned into restaurant at night. The staff was rude and argumentative with me, their customer. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was very angry after leaving their restaurant that my dinner had been ruined.

I tried this restaurant tonight, from the start the soup was terrible, full of salt , couldnt finish it , the main course was sirloin steak , that was dry and full of fat , the place was just awful , please dont get caught out . It was the worst meal ive ever had, and im not saying that lightly.

I was in your Restraunt last Friday evening and i sampled a few courses from your menu. I was very impressed. The swedish prawn toast was second to none.. I asked for my steak to be cooked blue and it was to perfection, this rarely happens. The service was excellent and staff very professional. I will make it my buisness to Return. Thanks:)

MY wife and i visited this restaurant one night last week and it was a bad dining experience, the food was so bad and nothing was freshly cooked. We opted for the steaks and they were the worst steaks we have ever tried to eat (they had to be straight out of a deep freeze before they were cooked). The soup starters were awful and the basket of bread left on the table was hard and inedible. We would like people to know that this has been our worst experience dining out in Dublin.

Just imagine creamy masalas, spicy vindaloos, melt-off-the-bone meat straight from the tandoor, a seriously respectable vegetarian selection (we recommend the saag paneer - it's a festival of flavour) and naan so soft and buttery that once it meets the spices in your mouth, your tastebuds can't help but dance - it's the perfect pairing.
